| Description | CHC serves homeless and at-risk youth in Los Angeles and the Bay Area who are at greatest risk and for whom no other services are available. Our comprehensive continuum of services begin with street outreach and crisis intervention, and continue with emergency shelter and transitional living, counseling, case management, employment and educational assistance, health care, psychological counseling and psychiatric care, substance abuse counseling and treatment, HIV/AIDS intervention and prevention, life skills development, recreation, arts and cultural enrichment and community services projects. |
